Philadelphia, The City of Brotherly Love and Cheesesteaks

August 20-22, 2020

There wasn’t much open in Philly, so we just walked around and saw the sites from outside. We were looking forward to seeing the Liberty Bell and Independence Hall. We viewed the Liberty Bell from an outside window and had to settle for seeing Independence Hall from outside only. We did get to go inside the home of Betsy Ross, ran up the steps of the Philadelphia Museum of Art (Rocky style), had our photo taken with the Rocky statue, mailed postcards from the first Post Office in the United States and ate a Philly Cheesesteak. Even though we there only 2 nights we got a great feel of the history of this town.
